Ich liebe es – es ist einfach\, grundlegend\, magisch und ein beständiger Tanz in jedem Teil unseres Wesens. Atmend steigen und fallen wir. Erschaffend steigen und fallen wir. Liebend steigen und fallen wir. Lebend steigen und fallen wir – immer. Es ist ein fortlaufendes Wechselspiel der stetigen Bewegung und des Bögen-Schlagens – im Kleinen wie im Großen – dieses Bewegungsportals. Ich bin fasziniert davon\, durch den sich bewegenden Körper unsere Sinne\, Wahrnehmungen und Vorstellungen davon zu öffnen\, was es bedeutet zu fallen und zu steigen; welche Echos durch unsere Seele hallen\, wenn wir bewusst mit den Möglichkeiten spielen\, sich in diesem Portal zu bewegen. Wenn wir den Unterschied spüren zwischen dem Herausfallen aus uns selbst und dem Hineinfallen in uns selbst; den Unterschied zwischen dem Emporsteigen und Wegstreben und dem Hineinwachsen in… Wunderbare Musik\, großartige Menschen und Dankbarkeit für das Leben werden uns alle an diesem Wochenende begleiten. Jan. 2027 Rising and Falling is a movement portal we work with in the BISO conscious movement practice.  I love it\, it’s simple\, fundamental\, magical and a constant dance in every part of our systems. Breathing\, we rise and fall. Creating\, we rise and fall. Loving\, we rise and fall. Living\, we rise and fall always. There is an ongoing interplay of the constant movement and arc – mini and mighty – of this movement portal. I’m fascinated by opening up our senses\, perceptions and ideas\, through the moving body of what it means to fall and rise\, what echoes rumble through our soul when we consciously play with ways to move this portal.  When we catch the difference between falling out of ourselves and falling into ourselves\, the difference between rising up and away and rising into… Delicious music\, great people and gratitude for being alive will accompany us all on this weekend.
