Every interaction in our lives- be it within us, between ourselves and others, or ourselves and our environment - generates the opportunity to presence ourselves in the moment.
Nurturing a pathway to sensualizing our feet and their relationships to our other bodyparts creates the context for presence. Befriending our breathing and gravity enlivens our experience of moving.
Noticing this sixth sense enhances balance and focuses our ability to be present.
My commitment to the participants of the workshops I facilitate promises to catalyze and inspire them to integrate the playful and pleasurable sense of developing their body intelligence into the 5Rhythms and into daily life.
About ERIK
I've been a 5Rhythms teacher ,a reflexologistand a practitioner of Hellerwork Structural Integration for over 30 years.
I'm fortunate to have co-founded the first 5R.Teacher's Training in 1988, and I am tecchingat the most recent teacher Training in 2019.
Through this span of 30 yearsI've continued to be committed to playfully awakening the body-mind connection.
My teaching is essentially an invitation and expression of self-love through dancing ,feelingand being.
I graduated from the 2-Year Transfomational Leadership Program at the Hendricks Institute Leadership. And have incorporated the tools and wisdom of those practices into my teaching.
